Oil Design and Construction Company has completed an eight-week educational program designed to strengthen technical, social and problem-solving skills among employees’ children. Delivered in collaboration with Amirkabir University of Technology, the summer school covered aerospace fundamentals, glider engineering, chemistry, energy, robotics, programming and Arduino.

The closing ceremony took place on September 15 at the university’s Faculty of Industrial Engineering, where students presented their projects, participated in a simulated city council exercise and competed in a robotics challenge.

The initiative reflects ODCC’s commitment to long-term human capital development and preparing younger generations to meet future challenges.
