• Implementation of crude oil gathering pipelines in 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch diameters, extending approximately 110 km

Project Objectives

Project Objectives

• Overall improvement of product quality through integration of new units and optimization of existing refinery processes

Project Overview

• Preparation of feasibility studies and front-end engineering design (FEED) for the development of a large-scale gas condensate refinery in Bandar Abbas, intended to process condensates gathered from the Assaluyeh region into high-value fuel products.
• The feasibility phase was undertaken by the Oil Design and Construction Company in partnership with Foster Wheeler (UK). Upon completion of the studies, the company secured the basic engineering contract through a competitive bidding process.
• Basic engineering activities were executed jointly with Engineers India Limited (EIL). The project incorporated licensed process technologies from internationally recognized licensors, including Technip, Axens, and UOP, particularly for downstream processing units.

Project Overview

Project Objectives

Gasoline Production Unit (GPU) downstream sections of MSCC unit were executed as EPC Project at Turkmenbashi Refinery.

GPU Consist of the Following Process Units:

• LPG Treater: 11,800 BPD
• Gas Concentration: 4,140 TPD
• Gasoline Treater: 23,300 BPD
• Amine Treater: 12,000 Barrels LPG and 270 Tons Sour Gas Per Day

Scope of Work

• ODCC concluded a contract with the MAN FERROSTAAL Industry Anlagen (MGO - GERMANY) for supply and services for the construction of gas treatment and compressor station.

Project Objectives

• In this project, there are six compressors, each of which drives a gas turbine with a capacity of 5/9 MW. The process of boosting the gas pressure takes place in three consecutive stages (HP, MP, LP).
• Compressed gas passes through a pipe with a length of 1800 meters and a diameter of 720 mm from the pressure booster station to the gas export pipeline from Turkmenistan to Iran, in order to export natural gas from Turkmenistan to Europe through Iranian territory.

Project Overview

• Implementation of an EPC project for the construction of a new petroleum products pumping station in the Nezamieh district of Ahvaz, situated along the Abadan–Ray transmission pipeline.

Scope of Work

The contractor performed complete engineering, procurement, construction, and installation activities, covering:

• Administrative and operational buildings, including control room, security post, guardhouse, laboratory, workshop, and diesel generator unit
• Aboveground and underground storage tanks
• Mechanical installations, electrical systems, instrumentation, and related process equipment

The station was equipped with 10-inch and 16-inch pumps installed on two corresponding 10-inch and 16-inch pipelines. These lines enable the transfer of petroleum products—gasoline, kerosene, and diesel—with daily capacities of 70,000 barrels and 120,000 barrels, respectively. The products are received from the Abadan inlet pipeline and pumped onward to downstream stations, ultimately reaching the Ray terminal.

Project Objectives

• The new facility was constructed to improve operational safety standards and replace the aging Khorramkoshk pumping station, which is currently located within the urban area of Ahvaz. The new installation is positioned approximately 7 km along the Andimeshk road on the Abadan–Ray pipeline route.

Project Objectives

• Tabriz Oil Refining Company intends to build a new Sulfur Recovery Plant (SRP) inside the Tabriz Refinery to convert refinery Acid Gas and Sour Gas streams to Liquid Sulfur with conversion yield of minimum 94%, 110 ton Per day with by the addition of TGT unit, the efficiency will reach 97,7%.

• Refurbishment and capacity enhancement of headers at the Parsi Cluster wells following first-stage separation
